Job Summary

A Passenger Service Supervisor is a leader at the airport who makes sure passengers have a smooth, safe, and pleasant journey from check-in to boarding. They oversee ground staff, handle difficult customer situations, and coordinate with airline crews to keep flights running on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Support Ground Staff: Direct, schedule, and assist customer service agents working at check-in desks, boarding gates, and help counters.

• Resolve Passenger Issues: Handle complex customer complaints, rebook seats or flights during delays, and assist passengers with lost luggage or special needs.

• Ensure Flight Timeliness: Coordinate with flight crews, baggage handlers, and security teams to make sure boarding goes smoothly and flights depart on schedule.

• 
  

• Maintain Safety & Compliance: Ensure staff follow all airport security rules, airline policies, and international travel document requirements (like passports and visas).

• Prepare Daily Reports: Document flight delays, passenger incidents, and shift performance for airport and airline management.

Key Qualifications

• Education: HND, B.Sc, B.Ed in any fields or A degree in aviation management, 

• Experience: No work experience is required 

• License & Certification: Will be provided by Work Air Nigeria for the Employee that use Express Recruitment Service

• Salary: N493,000 / Month
