Job Summary

As a Cabin Chef (luxury private jets, VVIP aircraft), you are responsible for planning, preparing, and serving gourmet meals directly onboard an airplane. They combine high-end culinary skills with aviation safety training to deliver a five-star restaurant experience in the sky.

Key Responsibilities

• Menu Planning & Customization: Design tailored, multi-course menus based on passenger preferences, dietary restrictions, and cultural requirements.

• Food Preparation & Plating: Prepare, cook, and artfully plate gourmet meals using limited aircraft galley equipment and space.

• Catering & Provisioning: Source and order high-quality ingredients, fine wines, and luxury supplies before takeoff, ensuring all items are properly stored.

• Food Safety & Hygiene: Strictly follow food safety rules and allergen guidelines in high-altitude conditions.

• In-Flight Hospitality: Serve meals directly to guests, coordinate dining timing, and accommodate special requests during the flight.

• Cabin Safety: Assist the cabin crew with safety protocols, emergency procedures, and maintaining a clean galley area.

Key Qualifications

• Culinary Training: A degree or professional certification in catering or equivalent professional experience in high-end kitchens.

• Professional Kitchen Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in fine-dining restaurants, luxury hotels, or as a private chef.

• Aviation & Safety Certification: Will be provided by Work Air Nigeria for the Employee that use Express Recruitment Service

• Essential Skills: Creative plating, ability to work independently in small spaces, adaptability, and strict discretion for high-profile guests.

• Salary: N 765,000 / Month
